The Care Packages
There are 3 consultancy care packages:
Package 1 (£150*):
Initial consultation via telephone, zoom or in person (depending on location) where you will speak with a consultant about the care you feel you or a loved one requires.
Follow up meeting after the initial risk assessment, where the consultant provides you with helpful healthcare professionals and companies who can provide you with the most appropriate health care package to suit you.
Final meeting after the package has been followed, to check that the healthcare is working for the individual and if there is anything else that has changed since the initial consultation.
Package 3 (£750*):
Initial consultation via telephone, zoom or in person (depending on location) where you will speak with a consultant about the care you feel you or a loved one requires.
Follow up meeting after the initial risk assessment, where the consultant provides you with a list of helpful healthcare professionals and companies who can provide you with the most appropriate health care package to suit you.
With your consent, the consultant speaks directly with these companies and visits these healthcare providers on your behalf. This is then followed by a breakdown of exactly what you can expect from the care, allowing you to make a more informed decision.
Final meeting after the package has been followed, to check that the healthcare is working for the individual and if there is anything else that has changed since the initial consultation.
Package 2 (£300*):
Initial consultation via telephone, zoom or in person (depending on location) where you will speak with a consultant about the care you feel you or a loved one requires.
Follow up meeting after the initial risk assessment, where the consultant provides you with a list of helpful healthcare professionals and companies who can provide you with the most appropriate health care package to suit you.
With your consent, the consultant then contacts these companies on your behalf and organises meetings for you. These can include telephone, online or in person meetings.
Final meeting after the package has been followed, to check that the healthcare is working for the individual and if there is anything else that has changed since the initial consultation.
Returning clients:
There is an additional package for returning clients whose healthcare needs have developed over time. This includes speaking with your consultant about changes you feel you would like to make to your care, a revised risk assessment and care package (£50*).
*All packages exclude travel costs as these are dependent on each client’s location and whether travel is necessary.
