“I don't know where I would be without Claudia. Her help in organising and managing my mother's live-in care has been invaluable. 

After my mother fell and broke her hip, I wasn't sure if she would be better in a care home or in her own home with carers (and what sort of carers). With Claudia's support, I've been able to set up a live-in care arrangement for my mother, where I trust the carers and know what's happening. She helped me ensure my mother's care plan was comprehensive and detailed enough and helped to make sure new carers get to know my mother and get off to a good start with her. 

I'm so grateful that she really took the time to understand my mother - not just her medical needs but also her personality, likes and dislikes.
